As part of the Economic Week, on June 26, 2024, a youth round table “Through Innovation to Quality” was held at the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as the Institute), dedicated to the Year of Quality in the Republic of Belarus. Organizer – Council of Young Scientists of the Institute.

Deputy Director for Scientific and Innovation Work Vitaly PILUY and Scientific Secretary Tatyana TETERINETS delivered welcoming remarks.

Alexey SITKEVICH, head of the Sector of Scientific, Technological and Innovative Development at the Center of Innovation and Investment Policy, spoke about the priority areas of innovative development in the Republic of Belarus for 2021-2025.

During the event, young scientists discussed issues of innovative development of the economy of the Republic of Belarus, possible measures to improve the quality of products and the provision of services in various sectors of the economy, and also came to the conclusion that digitalization is a driver of economic development.
