The thematic issue of the Higher Attestation Commission’s scientific journal “Current Problems of Civil Law” dedicated to the legal provision of national economic security was published
The thematic issue of the scientific journal “Current Problems of Civil Law” recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus for presenting the results of dissertation research has been published. The issue is devoted to the legal provision of national economic security. It includes scientific articles by the staff of the Centre of State Building and Law and the Centre of Innovation and Investment Policy of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus.
The idea to publish this issue was supported by the Director of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Denis MUKHA. In his introductory speech to the thematic section he noted:
“This issue includes the works of the employees of the Institute of Economics, the results of which are aimed at the development of legal mechanisms for ensuring economic security of the republic. Each of the authors of the presented scientific works is an expert in his/her field. For this reason, the research results obtained by them can be perceived by practice and become the basis for further scientific research”.

The publication of the thematic issue of the scientific journal “Current Problems of Civil Law”, devoted to the national economic security, became possible thanks to the joint work of the Editor-in-Chief, Doctor of Law Sciences, Professor Natalia BONDARENKO and the Head of the Centre of State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus, Candidate of Law Sciences, Associate Professor Ekaterina GLADKAYA.
In the “Editor-in-Chief’s Column” Natalia BONDARENKO emphasised:
“The authors of the articles were able to convincingly prove that the majority of public relations formed in relation to ensuring national economic security, is quite “civil”, interdisciplinary in nature, concentrating the combined knowledge from a number of related scientific branches. Therefore, it is necessary to start forming an interdisciplinary doctrinal basis, allowing to develop a unified methodology of scientific research of relations formed in relation to ensuring national economic security. The thematic section presented to the readers’ attention is the first significant step on the way to solving this complex scientific task”.
