On April 21-24, 2025, the Center of State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus co-organized the International Research-to-Practice Forum “The Future of National Law: Problems and Prospects of Relations’ Legal Regulation”.

The Forum was organized by the Western Branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (Kaliningrad, Russia). The event was also co-organized by the Kostanay Branch of Chelyabinsk State University (Kostanay, Kazakhstan).

The Forum brought together researchers and practitioners, teachers and students from Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus.

The Forum events included open lectures and exhibition of scientific works of the teaching staff, the International Research-to-Practice Conference “The Future of National Law: Problems and Prospects of Relations’ Legal Regulation”, discussion of joint international scientific research. The employees of the Center of State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus Ekaterina GLADKAYA, Maria KURILOVICH, Antonina TRIPUZOVA, Oksana SLIZHEVSKAYA, Daria BONDAR, Uliana SIYANOVICH, Vladislav KHOMICH took an active part in the forum events.

Head of the Center of State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus, Candidate of Law Sciences, Associate Professor Ekaterina GLADKAYA during her welcoming speech noted the importance of the event’s holding and the timeliness of the raised problems within the thematic areas.

On the second day of the Forum the presentation of the faculty’s scientific works of the Western branch of the Presidential Academy and Kostanay Branch of Chelyabinsk State University took place.

Ekaterina GLADKAYA opened the plenary session of the International Research-to-Practice Conference “The Future of National Law: Problems and Prospects of Relations’ Legal Regulation” held on the third day of the Forum with her report “Prospects of Legal Regulation of Public Relations in the Republic of Belarus in the Conditions of Rapid Technological Development”. The results of Ekaterina GLADKAYA’s research were highly appreciated by the participants of the event and became the subject of a lively scientific discussion.

On April 24, 2025, the participants of the joint scientific events were awarded letters of thanks from Mikhail PLYUKHIN, Director of the Western Branch of the Presidential Academy “For Contribution to the Organization of Scientific and Academic Cooperation”, discussed the directions of joint international scientific research, summarized the results of the Forum.

Ekaterina GLADKAYA thanks the Department of Legal Studies of the Western Branch of the Presidential Academy represented by the Head of the Department, Candidate of Law Sciences Viktor FALEEV and Associate Professor of the Department, Candidate of Law Sciences Ilya MIKHAILICHENKO for their contribution to the development of cooperation between the Department and the Center in the field of scientific activities and invites to participate in the scientific events held by the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus.
