On May 15, 2025, employees of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus took part in the International Research-to-Practice Conference “Social Partnership: International Norms and National Experience of the Republic of Belarus”

On May 15, 2025, employees of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus took part in the International Research-to-Practice Conference “Social Partnership: International Norms and National Experience of the Republic of Belarus”, organized by the International University “MITSO”.

The conference was opened by Deputy Chairperson of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus Tatyana FILIMONOVA, who read out a welcoming address from the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus Yuri SENKO.

Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus Igor STAROVOYTOV, Deputy Director General of the Union of Non-Commercial Organizations “Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (Employers)” Alexander ANCHUK addressed the participants of the scientific event with welcoming speeches.

The conference was moderated by Rector of the International University “MITSO” Vladimir POZDNYAKOV.

Grigory VASILEVICH, Head of the Department of Constitutional Law of the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University, Corresponding Member of NAS of Belarus, Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Belarus, Doctor of Law Sciences, Professor, with a report on “Efficient Functioning of the Tripartism System - an Important Factor in the Modern Sustainable Development of Belarusian Society”;

Konstantin KRYLOV, Consulting Professor of the Department of Labor Law of the Law Faculty of the Academy of Labor and Social Relations, Chairman of the Moscow Society of Labor Law and Social Security Law, Head of the Scientific Research Center of the International Union of Lawyers, Doctor of Law Sciences, Professor, with a report on “Legal Guidelines for Cooperation of Social Partners in the Development of International Legal Regulation of Labor”;

Andrei SAVINYKH, expert in international relations, Deputy Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus, with a report on “Interaction of Independent States with International Organizations: Opportunities and Risks”;

Georgy GRITS, international expert in the field of socio-economic development, Candidate of Economic Sciences, with a report on “Social Partnership and the Labor Market: Status, Threats, Opportunities”;

Wanjing DIN, lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the China University of Labor Relations, Doctor of Law Sciences, with a report on “Protection of Workers’ Rights by Trade Unions in the Era of Artificial Intelligence”;

Na LI, lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the China University of Labor Relations, Doctor of Law Sciences, with a report on “Workers’ Rights to Pension Provision in New Business Formats in China in the Context of Digital Transformation”;

Jefferson Ereci SANTOS CAPRONI, member of the National Council of “Forsa Sindical”, President of the Trade Union of Health Workers of Sao Paulo, with a report on “Social Partnership in Belarus: a view from Brazil”.
