On May 20, as part of the republican campaign “Every Belarusian Should See This”, members of the primary trade union organization of the Institute of Economics attended a screening of a film dilogy about the genocide of the Belarusian people (the films “Death Camps” and “Burnt Villages”).
The documentary film dilogy was created based on the investigation materials of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Belarus of the criminal case on the Belarusian people genocide and on unique archival materials that reveal the terrible pictures of the Nazis’ crimes, of which millions of people became victims.
It is scary to remember. It is impossible to forget. These are difficult, but necessary shots. Films that penetrate the very soul. Memory that must be preserved.
This project has a high civic-patriotic focus and helps to preserve the history of the Republic of Belarus.
