A collection of scientific articles has been published based on the results of the International Research-to-Practice Roundtable “Legal Support for National Economic Security: Theoretical and Practical Issues of Improving Lawmaking and Law Enforcement”.
The collection presents scientific articles submitted by participants of the International Research-to-Practice Roundtable “Legal Support for National Economic Security: Theoretical and Practical Issues of Improving Lawmaking and Law Enforcement”, held on June 5, 2025, at the Institute of Economics of the NAS of Belarus.
The roundtable included expert opinions on general theoretical and practical issues related to improving lawmaking and law enforcement in the area of legal support for national economic security, including: key areas, primary methods, and mechanisms for reducing crime risks in the economy of the Republic of Belarus; issues of legal support for security in entrepreneurial and other economic activities; legal aspects of building a data economy in the context of addressing national economic security challenges. Attention was also paid to the socioeconomic security of inclusive employment in Belarus, and to the legal regulation of workers’ personal data processing in Belarus and Russia in the digital age.
The round table was organized by the Center of State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus. Co-organizers included: the Law Faculty of the Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov (IEML), the Western Branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (Kaliningrad, Russia), the Department of Entrepreneurial and Energy Law of the Law Faculty of the Kazan Federal (Volga Region) University, the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of the Law Faculty of the Brest State University named after A.S. Pushkin, Department of Criminal Law Disciplines of the Law Faculty of the International University “MITSO”.
