Institute representatives participated in a roundtable discussion at Dagestan State University

On September 24-25, 2025, a roundtable discussion entitled “The Labor Market in the Context of Socioeconomic Transformations” was held at Dagestan State University (Makhachkala, Russia). Marina LEBEDEVICH, Researcher at the Sector of Employment and Labor Market Policy and Chairperson of the Council of Young Scientists, took part in the event.

During the first session, the Institute’s researcher presented a report entitled “National Trends and Characteristics of the Labor Market in the Republic of Belarus”.

The visit included working meetings with representatives of the Faculty of Management, the Faculty of History, and the Institute of Ecology and Sustainable Development at Dagestan State University. Prospects for bilateral scientific cooperation were negotiated.

As a result of the visit, business contacts were established with leading university specialists in labor economics, laying the foundation for joint research and publications.
