Chairperson of the Council of Young Scientists Marina Lebedevich participated in the Forum of Young Scientists of Belarus and Mongolia

On September 29 – October 1, 2025, the Forum of Young Scientists of Belarus and Mongolia was successfully held at the Mongolian Academy of Sciences (Ulaanbaatar). Marina LEBEDEVICH, a Researcher at the Institute and Chairperson of the CYS, participated in the Forum as part of the Belarusian delegation.

The event was dedicated to the topic “Interdisciplinary Science: Collaboration of Young Researchers for Sustainable Development”. At the Forum, Marina LEBEDEVICH made a report “Production-Economic Competitions as a Method of Labor Motivation” in English.

A key highlight was her active participation in a hackathon, where joint Belarusian-Mongolian teams developed concepts for future projects. The program also included a meeting with the President of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences and a visit to its relevant organizations.

A significant outcome of the Forum was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Council of Young Scientists of the NAS of Belarus and the Mongolian Association of Young Scientists. During the visit, professional contacts were established with Mongolian colleagues and the possibility of submitting a joint application to the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research was explored.
