Projects by young scientists from the Institute of Economics of the NAS of Belarus were among the best in the Contest “100 Innovations of Young Scientists”

Following the Exhibition and Contest “100 Innovations of Young Scientists”, which took place on September 6, 2025, at the Central Botanical Garden of the NAS of Belarus as part of the “Festival of Science 2025”, the expert council selected the top 20 projects. The list of winners also included projects by young researchers from the Institute of Economics of the NAS of Belarus.

The project “Methodological Recommendations for Assessing the Efficiency of Using Local Fuel and Renewable Energy Sources in the Republic of Belarus”, presented by Alexander CEDRIK, was awarded a second-place diploma. This work contains important practical implications for the effective energy policy development.

The innovative project “Online Service for Improving the Population Investment Literacy “Investnavigator” was awarded a third-place diploma. It was developed by a team consisting of Daria AVAEVA, Olga KOCHERGA, and Maria KURILOVICH. This product addresses the pressing need to improve citizens’ financial literacy and provides a convenient tool for mastering the investing basics.
