On November 14, 2025, Section 1, “Macroeconomic Regulation in the Belarusian Institutional System”, was held as part of the International Research-to-Practice Conference “Strategy for the Development of the Belarusian Economy: Challenges, Tools, and Prospects”.

The Section was organized by the Department of Macroeconomic and Financial Policy of the Institute of Economics of the NAS of Belarus.

Denis MUKHA, Director of the Institute of Economics of the NAS of Belarus, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, delivered a welcoming speech, outlining the relevance of the topics discussed in Section 1.

The section featured the following speakers:

Alexander LUCHENOK, Head of the Department of Macroeconomic and Financial Policy at the Institute of Economics of the NAS of Belarus, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor, with a report entitled “Institutional Instruments for Regulating the Digital Transformation of the Financial Market”.

Evgeny LUKIN, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Center for Structural Research and Forecasting of Territorial Development at the Vologda Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, presented a report titled “Problems of Quantitative Assessment of Sectoral and Territorial Fragmentation of Interregional Value Chains”.
