On May 27, 2022, at the site of the International Center for Training, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, a Research-to-Practice Conference «Constitutional law in the context of digitalization: problems of science and education» was held.

The conference was attended by distinguished Belarusian scientists-constitutionalists, including: Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Sergey CHIGRINOV, Head of the Department of Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law of the BSU, Doctor of Law, Professor, Corresponding Member of NAS of Belarus Grigory VASILEVICH, Deputy Director of the National Center for Legislation and Legal Research, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Elena SEMASHKO.

Antonina TRIPUZOVA, Head of the Section of the Legal Support of Socio-Economic Development of the Center of State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus, delivered a plenary report «Advantages, Challenges and Prospects of Digitalization in the Context of Constitutional and Legal Protection and Development of Competition».

During the working session, topical issues of the constitutional process in the context of the development of the Belarusian statehood, global trends and the Belarusian experience of constitutional reform, as well as the problems of developing the constitutional economy, transforming the constitutional foundations of the state and law in the context of digitalization of public relations were considered.
