On April 13, 2023, employees of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus took part in the International Research-to-Practice Conference at the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Belarus

On April 13, 2023, the International Research-to-Practice Conference «Ensuring Life Safety: Problems and Prospects» was held at the site of the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Republic of Belarus.

More than 300 young scientists from 30 educational and scientific institutions of Belarus, Russia, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan took part in the scientific event.

The main goal of the conference was to test the results of research work, as well as the exchange of experience between young scientists, faculty and academic staff and scientific workers.

During the plenary meeting, 8 speakers from scientific institutions and higher education institutions of Belarus and Russia were heard.

The Head of the Section of Legal support of the Socio-Economic Development of the Center of State Building and the Law of the Institute of Economics Antonina TRIPUZOVA was given the honour of being the first speaker with a report «Ideological security: the essence and interconnection with economic security in the context of actualization of the concept of national security of the Republic of Belarus».

Antonina TRIPUZOVA also took part in the work of one of the sections by sending a report «Topical issues of constitutional and legal protection of competition in the context of new challenges and threats» for including in the collection of articles, which will be published according to the results of the conference.

For active participation in the conference, Antonina TRIPUZOVA was awarded a diploma of the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergencies of Belarus.

Seven special sections worked at the conference, at which young scientists presented their scientific research results in the field of fire safety and preventing man-made emergency situations, as well as civil protection, radiation safety and environmental aspects of emergency situations.

The focus of attention was also topical issues of law enforcement in the field of ensuring the safety of life, as well as the social, ideological and economic aspects of the safety of life.

An employee of the Center of State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus Olgerd YAKUBOVSKY made a report «Legal tools for ensuring the economic security of the Republic of Belarus».
