On May 16, 2023, the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus hosted the International Round Table «Green Economy as a Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change», organized jointly with the Institute of Ecology and Subsoil Use of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the Roadmap for Scientific and Technical Cooperation between the NAS of Belarus and the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2023-2024.
Director of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus Denis MUKHA delivered a welcoming speech from the Belarusian side, Airat ABDULLIN, vice-president of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, ‑ from the Russian side.

Head of the Main Department of Environmental Policy, International Cooperation and Science of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus Tatyana KONONCHUK;

Sergey LYSENKO, Director of the Institute of Environmental Management of NAS of Belarus, Irina KOZLOVSKAYA, Professor of the Department of BSATU, and Alexander SHUSHKEVICH, Senior Researcher of the Department of Environmental Management and Development of the Green Economy of the Research Economic Institute of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, took an active part in the discussion.
According to the results of the round table, a resolution was adopted.
