On July 12, 2023, the Head of the Section Antonina TRIPUZOVA acted as a lecturer at a seminar for civil servants and heads of state organizations of Nesvizh and Kletsk districts on the organization of work with appeals from citizens and legal entities

On July 12, 2023, the Head of the Section of the Center of State Building and Law of the Institute of Economics of NAS of Belarus Antonina TRIPUZOVA spoke as a lecturer at a seminar for civil servants, heads and specialists of state organizations of Nesvizh and Kletsk districts on the topic «Organization of work with appeals from citizens and legal entities. Legislative novelties».

The organizer of this event, which took place at the site of the Nesvizh District Executive Committee, was the Minsk Regional Organizational Structure of the RSPA BS «Knowledge» and the Nesvizh District Executive Committee.

The seminar was opened by the manager of the affairs of the Nesvizh District Executive Committee, Tatyana SHUMOVSKAYA, who took an active part in it. The seminar was also attended by the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Minsk Regional Organizational Structure of the RSPA BS «Knowledge» Lyudmila MALASHEVICH, heads and specialists of state organizations of Nesvizh and Kletsk districts.

The lecturer paid particular attention to the implementation in practice of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On appeals of citizens and legal entities» and the requirements of the updated Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 2 «On de-bureaucratization of the state apparatus and improving the quality of life support for the population» (as amended on 13.06.2023).

The seminar was held in the format of an open dialogue, with a discussion of a number of problematic issues and situations that arise, including during personal receptions of citizens, consideration of electronic and repeated appeals, preparation of responses to complaints.
