On October 6-7, 2022, employees of the Center of State Building and Law took part in the events of the IV Autumn Scientific Session, which was conducted by the National Center of Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus.

On October 6, 2022, in the framework of the IV Autumn Scientific Session, a Republican Research-to-Practice Conference «Legal Policy, Science, Practice-2022» was dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the National Center of Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus.

The conference and plenary session was opened by the Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Doctor of Law Sciences, Professor, Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Belarus Olga CHUPRIS and Director of the National Center of Legislation and Legal Research of the Republic of Belarus, Honored Lawyer of the Republic of Belarus Vadim IPATOV.

A welcoming speech and congratulations from the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus was made by the Chief Scientific Secretary of NAS of Belarus, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Vasily HURSKY.

As part of the discussion «Legal policy and modernization of constitutional legislation, the development of the general theory of law, international law, administrative, information law and legislation», the Head of the Center of State Building and Law, Natalya MINKO, made a report on the topic «The principles of integration union construction within the Eurasian space (in the context of integration constitutionalism)», as well as the Head of the Section of the Center of State Building and Law, Antonina TRYPUZOVA presented a report «On priority areas of constitutional legal policy in the field of opposition to monopolistic activities and development of competition in the Republic of Belarus».

In the course of discussion «Priorities of law enforcement and human rights policy», a junior researcher at the Center of State Building and Law Nikolai KOLESEN made a report «Separate aspects of the criminal law protection of human rights to information in the implementation of the biomedical research».

On October 7, 2022, within the framework of the IV Autumn Scientific Session, a round table «Ensuring the rights and freedoms of man in an information society» was held, where a report « On priority areas of constitutional legal policy in the field of opposition to monopolistic activities and development of competition in the Republic of Belarus» was presented by the Head of the Section of the Center of State Building and Law, Antonina TRYPUZOVA.

Representatives of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Belarus, the Scientific and Practical Center of the Problems of Strengthening the Law and Order of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Belarus, and the National Center of Legal Information also took part in the discussion.
