On January 25, 2023, the Head of the Center of State Building and Law, Natalya MINKO, took part in the offsite seminar «The Republic of Belarus: from the origins to the present (historical path of state building)»
The offsite seminar was held at the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, it was opened by the Chairman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Natalia KOCHANOVA.
