On May 24-25, employees of the Institute took part in the XV International Research-to-Practice Conference «Formation of organizational and economic conditions for the effective functioning of the agro-industrial complex»

On May 24-25, Tatyana TETERINETS, Head of the Scientific and Organizational Department, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor took part and made a presentation at the plenary session of the XV International Research-to-Practice Conference «Formation of organizational and economic conditions for the effective functioning of the agro-industrial complex», which was held at on the basis of BSATU.

At the plenary session, Vladimir GRAKUN, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus, Candidate of Economic Sciences, presented the main directions of the innovative development of the agricultural business in Belarus. The conference was attended by representatives of the educational and scientific sphere from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and others states.

Before starting her speech, Tatyana TETERINETS acquainted the participants of the conference with the main areas of activity of the interdisciplinary research cluster «Belarusian School of Economics». In honor of the XV International Research-to-Practice Conference, she presented a memorable gift to the Head of the university, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor ‑ Nikolay ROMANIUK.

Delivering a report, Tatyana TETERINETS noted the scientific and methodological significance of improving the efficiency of managing the development of human capital in the agricultural sector.

During the panel discussion, methodological issues of the valuation of human capital were discussed, taking into account the specifics of its formation and development in the agricultural sector, and ways to improve the efficiency of managing its development in the context of the current socio-economic transformations.
